From a Seated Wide Leg Fold, place hands on floor below shoulders. Walk feet away from each other as far as you can. This is like Plank Pose but with wide legs. Keep soles of feet planted firmly on mat.
Stretches legs. Strengthens spine.
Place check on floor and thread arms under legs.
