Sit with legs crossed. Slump and ask, “When I sit like this, do I look happy or sad?” (sad). Now sit up tall and ask, “When I sit like this, do I look happy or sad?” (happy). Inhale, tall and happy. Exhale, round and sad. Whenever you want to feel happier, sit or stand taller.
