Start in Mountain. Widen legs. Place hands on hips. Fold forward from hips. Exhale, fold at hips. Place hands on floor with finger tips in line with big toes. Inhale, head up with hands on floor. Exhale, head to floor. Put attention into Uddiyana Bandha. Inhale, look up and straighten arms. Exhale, hands to hips. Inhale to standing. Exhale, release.
Strengthens and stretches legs, spine. Tones abs.
Raise hands on block.
Low back injury.
