Come onto hands and knees. Turn hands around so fingers are facing backward. Hands 6 inches apart. Bend elbows. Lower body onto upper arms (elbows at lower abdomen). Upper arms parallel to ground. Lean weight forward to extend legs. Engage core. Raise legs up.
Strengthens arms, wrists. Tones abs. Balance. Circulation.
Carpal tunnel. Pregnancy.
