Part 1: Come into kneeling Warrior II. Press left hand onto left knee. Place right hand on side of hips. Bend knee and release. Part 2: Extend arms (as you would in Warrior II). Drop tailbone down. Drop right fingertips onto right shin and raise left hand over your head with palm facing down. Lift chest and bend front knee on each inhale. Part 3: Repeat on other side.
Stretches thighs, knees, ankles.
Perform sitting in a chair. Folded blanket under knee cap. Kneeling. High kneeling.
Knee or ankle injury. Neck Pain. Dizziness.
