Sit with legs crossed. Place hands beside hips. Take feet in front of you a little further than mat distance apart. Slowly lower knees to right as left hip rises up. When hip gets to its highest point, sweep hands up and back (fee chest opening towards sky). Hold. Repeat on other side.
Stretches thighs, psoas, abs, chest, shoulders, neck.
Ankle or knee injury.
