Sit with legs crossed. Place hands beside hips. Take feet in front of you a little further than mat distance apart. Slowly lower knees to right as left hip rises up. Hold. Repeat on other side.
Stretches thighs, psoas, abs, chest, shoulders, neck.
When hip gets to its highest point, sweep hands up and back (feel chest opening towards sky).
Ankle or knee injury.
