Relax on your stomach. Come into Tabletop pose (on hands and knees). Slowly come down to the mat. Take your right arm under your left and inch your fingers away from your body. Allow your body to come to the mat. Breathe in between your shoulder blades.
Stretches shoulders, back, legs, buttocks. Reduce stress. Improve posture.
Place forehead in Yoni Mudra.
