Are you ready to become an archer? Come into archer pose to become really focused. An archer has to fix his or her gaze on their target without getting distracted. Ready? From Mountain (standing), step one foot back, placing your foot so it's facing slightly outwards. Take your arms up to shoulder height, bend your front knee, and look at your target in front of you with the focus of an archer. Pick something small to focus on. Pour every last drop of your attention on your target, and when you're ready to release your arrow, bring your palms together.
