Revolved Head To Knee: Seat with legs crossed. Extend right leg to side. Bring left foot close to hips. Slide right arm over right leg with right palm facing up. Reach left fingers up. Lift out of waist. Arch to right. Bring left arm over left ear. Chest open and facing forward. Chin off chest. Look up. Right palm on floor. Switch sides.
Stretches spine, shoulders, hams. Stimulates abs.
Strap around foot (hold with 1 or 2 hands).
