Stand tall. Shift weight onto one leg. Cross opposite ankle over standing leg’s thigh. Lower hips down (find a natural stopping point). Standing leg’s knee points straight over toes. Keep spine long. Use arms for balance. Hands in prayer (or by sides). Repeat on other leg.
Strengthens and stretches ankles, thighs, calves, hip, spine.
Headache. Insomnia. Low blood pressure.
