Are you ready to become a baby camel? When you become a camel you open your heart chakra to receive peace and joy (Camels endure days in scorching deserts. Get into camel pose for endurance). Ready? Stand on knees. Knees wide as hips. Start with hands on your tosh and sort of move hips forward a little bit. Put right hand on your right ankle and raise left arm up. Come back to starting position. Put left hand on left ankle and raise right arm up. Sit down and shake the sand off your body.
