Imagine a shipwrecked sailor wearing storm torn clothes. He has survived the rough seas and high winds as he courageously stands on dry land grateful to be a survivor! Stand in Mountain. Take a wide step out to the side. Turn right foot out. Inhale, raise arms to shoulder height. Tuck chin into chest. Turn head to look down your right arm. Bend right knee into warrior 2. You're powerful and strong and elated to be alive! Repeat on other side (Affirmation: "I am strong, powerful and courageous.").
Stretches chest, shoulders, and abdominals. Strengthens arms.
