Lie on back, legs in table top. Place mini ball between ankles. Squeeze ball. Extend arms behind head. Inhale, lift arms towards ceiling, lift shoulders off mat. Exhale, hollow abdominals, bring arms parallel to floor. Extending legs towards ceiling. Squeeze ball between ankles. Exhale, pulse arms 100 times.
Strengthens abs, back, hips.
