Start in Standing Position with hands behind the back of your head and elbows out to the side. March your feet up and down, bringing each leg to tabletop in Standing Position. Bring one elbow to the opposite knee as your leg comes up towards your chest. Swap sides.
Balance. Hip stretch. Twist. Good warm-up.
