Sit on knees. Place head and hands on mat. Hands directly under elbows (not in line with head). Straighten legs. Place right knee on right tricep. Place left knee on left tricep. Raise one leg up at a time. Engage core. Elbows hold most of the weight (not head or neck). If you lose balance, tuck and roll body forward.
King of Asanas. Glowing skin. Engage core.
