Stand 3 feet away from chair. Step forward with right foot. Bring hands to chair seat. Lift left foot keeping hips in alignment. Lower until back is parallel with floor. Gaze at floor. Hold. Release. Repeat on other side.
Stretches legs & ankles. Engages core. Improves balance.
Stretch arms fully by holding onto back of chair (Warrior III).
