The non Marichyasana leg is in a Head-to-Knee Forward Bend (Janu Sirsasana) position, tucked behind foot of Marichyasana leg. With legs in position, lift hips and lean forward. Either push back with supporting arm to keep hips lifted or lean far enough forwards to rest elbow on the non-Marichyasana side on floor. Reach Marichyasana arm forwards. Reach arm, shoulder and ribs forwards.
Engages core. Cures gaseous movements in stomach.
