Sit on your buttocks. Bend your legs and place soles of feet together. This is Cobbler's pose. On each breath you grow taller. A cobbler is a shoemaker. Some shoemakers have special magic. When you step into a shoe created by a magic shoemaker, you become the last person to have worn the shoes. This helps us become more compassionate towards that person. There's an old saying: "Don't judge a boy or girl until you have walked a mile in his or her shoes”. Whenever you feel like you're judging another human being, imagine walking a mile in their shoes. When you do this, you'll understand that the person is human just like you, and needs love and kindness, just like you.
