Are you ready to become a mountain cat? Mountain cats are great at hiding and are rarely seen in the wild. On all fours. Round your back. Tuck chin into your chest. Move slowing back and forth. Make big cat noises. They don't roar like a lion, they scream like us. Ready? Scream as loud as you can. Now it's time to hide and be quiet (quiet). Scream. Quiet (alternate between the two).
Switching from being noisy to quiet. Throat stretch. Flexible spine.
