Start on all fours with hands below shoulders. Bend right knee and slide it forward between hands (heel under left hip). Extend left leg behind you with toes tucked under. Hips face forward. Bring right elbow to outside of left knee. Palms in prayer. Twist to left from deep in your belly. Release. Repeat on other side.
Stretches thighs, psoas, abs, chest, shoulders, neck.
Hold onto back foot with one (or two ) hand. Folded blanket under hip
Ankle or knee injury.
