Let's exercise like a dog! Start by lying on your tummy. Place your hands under your shoulders and press them into the floor. Now, lift your chest, and let your tailbone wag like a happy puppy's tail. Look up with a big smile, and take a big puppy breath. You're doing an awesome Up Dog! Keep wagging that tail and smiling.
