Begin in Mountain. Firm up left leg. Lift right leg, bend and place in Half Lotus on the left thigh (side of right ankle or side of right foot rests on left thigh). The higher the right foot is placed the deeper the stretch. Press right foot firmly into left thigh. Place hands in Anjali Mudra. Hold. Release to Mountain. Repeat on left side.
Strengthens legs. Relieves stiffness in hip, knee joints.
Stretch arms up above head with palms facing/touching.
