Start in table top pose (on hands and knees with torso parallel to floor). Bring left foot to the side of the mat. Straighten right leg. Press weight on outer edges of right foot. Come onto left fingertips (or use a block). Take right palm to left side of rib cage. Slowly open up chest and release finger tips. Extend right arm overhead. Extend fingertips. Gaze can be up or down. Repeat on other side.
Strengthens core muscles. Spinal flexibility.
Knee injury.
