Sit up tall on front of a chair. Feet firmly grounded. Spread legs out to the sides. Place hands on the tops of your thighs. Drop your right shoulder down while using your right hand to push the right knee open a little bit. Hold. Return to start. Repeat on the other side.
Stretch inner groin. Shoulder and upper backstretch.
