Sit on front of a chair. Feet grounded. Open up legs as wide as you can with heels and toes pointing out. Inhale, circle arms up, place palms together over your head. Gaze up to the ceiling. Exhale, bring hands down to the heart. Repeat.
Strengthens arms. Engages core. Opens hips. Releases neck.
