Sit on floor. Bend knees with feet on floor. Ring between legs below knees. Extend arms in front. Straighten back. Engage core. Roll back half way. Squeeze ring. Inhale, turn right. Exhale, return to centre. Inhale, turn left. Exhale, return to centre. Repeat by alternating between sides.
Strengthens abs & legs.
