Lie on side. Place ball between ankles. Extend arms overhead. Inhale, squeeze ball between ankles. Exhale, lift torso. Bring upper arm towards toes while lifting both legs. Inhale, lower down. Repeat.
Strengthens abs, obliques. Improves balance.
