Are you ready to become a crab? Crabs are great because they are able to cast off their shells for new ones. When you want to cast off a bad feeling shell get into crab pose and you'll instantly be given a good feeling shell. Ready? Sit with palms flat behind you and soles of feet flat in front of you. Lift your bottom to become a crab. See if you can crawl around like a crab.
