Stand in Mountain. Take a wide step out to the side. Turn right foot out. Inhale, raise arms to shoulder height. Tuck chin into the chest. Turn head to look down your right arm. Bend right knee into warrior 2. You're powerful and strong as a warrior. Repeat on the other side (Affirmation: "I am a strong warrior").
Stretches chest, shoulders, and abdominals. Strengthens arms.
