Lie on back. Roll onto left side. Palm facing up. Rest right palm on the mat in front of chest. Rotate hip. Glide sole of foot up leg into Tree position. Place foot as high as possible. Get balanced, then raise right hand to reach left hand (hands in prayer mudra). Hold. Repeat on other side.
Tune into body. Calm. Tranquil. Inner Peace. Preparation for Tree pose.
Blanket under head.
