Stand at the back edge of the chair. Tuck chin in. Roll down while pressing right hand down on the peddle (left arm remains raised). Extend tail to head. Curl under tail to head. Roll up to start position. Repeat x10. Repeat on the other side.
Stretches lower back. Concentration. Decompress spine.
