Are you ready to become a peaceful warrior? Come into Peaceful Warrior Pose when you want to feel strong and filled with an inner peace. Stall tall. Step one foot back. Raise arms up. Bend front knee. Look at an object straight ahead and send it peace (you could do this one in a circle, so kids can send peace to everyone in the group). Sending someone "peace" is one of the greatest gifts you can give them.
