Hands Around Calves: If holding the feet is too challenging, place your arms around the calves or back of the knees.
Hold Toes With Fingers: To get maximum stretch and gain flexibility, use fingers to hold the toes, instead of the palms holding the feet.
Knees Closer: If the knees feel uncomfortable when pushing down on the soles of the feet, reduce the distance between the knees.
Yoga Belt: Use a yoga belt around the feet.
