This is a challenging balancing pose, so it's totally OK to fall. Yoga doesn't care if you fall. It only cares if you get back up (build self esteem). Stand in mountain and look at a spot because it makes it a lot easier to balance. Grab one foot. Take your other hand way up to the sky and pull foot away from your body. Remember, it's totally OK if you fall. Come back to Mountain.
