Sit up tall on the front of a chair. Feet firmly grounded. Cross right thigh over the left thigh. Left hand crosses over the right thigh. Right hand to the back of the chair. Gently increase the twist on each exhale. Return to start. Repeat on the other side.
Restore the spine's natural range of motion. Cleanse organs. Stimulate circulation. Neck stretch.
