Yogedi become powerful when they have a calm mind. A grateful mind is a calm mind. Ready. Sit in circle holding hands. You start by saying one thing you're grateful for in your life right now (e.g. eyes, fingernails, friends, mum, dad, living in a safe country, etc). Everyone in circle also shares one thing they're grateful for. Go around circle several times, saying something different each time. To finish, raise arms out wide and laugh.
