Kneel on all fours (Four Point Kneeling position). Chin slightly tucked in. Hands directly underneath your shoulders. Place all the weight on your right hand and "thread" your left hand underneath the body with your palm facing up. Drop right shoulder to the mat and gaze up. Hold. Switch sides.
Stretches shoulders, arms, upper back, and neck.
Folded blanket under knees.
Knees, shoulders, or neck injury.
