Bend knees slightly. Place hands palm-down on a table with fingers splayed and pointing inwards. Round upper back. Tilt head down. Lower until arms are parallel to surface and chest is almost touching. Slide body left, keeping back straight. Rotate head left, brining left ear towards shoulder. Raise body up and around to start. Repeat movements in opposite direction.
Shoulder and upper back stretch.
