Lion Roar

Ready to roar like a lion? The roar of a lion can be heard from 5 miles away. Kneel on the floor, hands by your side, and knees comfy apart. Sit back on your heels. Lean forward, fingers on the ground. Ready? Open your mouth wide and let out a loud roar from the back of your throat. Stick your tongue out as far as you can and look up. Ready, set, roar!

Stretches thighs, knees, and ankles. Relieves jaw tension.

Laugh instead of roar.
