An Ibis is an Australian bird with long skinny legs and a very long thin neck. It is a symbol of wisdom. When they're hungry they forage for food in the undergrowth. Stand tall. Shift weight onto right foot. Bend left leg. Take hold of right foot with right hand. Raise left arm. Lean slightly forward. Stretch leg out behind you. Imagine you're foraging for food. Release. Repeat on other side.
