Stand with left foot on a step and right foot unsupported in the air. Place hands on hips for balance. Push left hip inwards and raise right hip slightly. Let your right foot drop past the edge of the step, keeping your left leg straight as you can. Hold. Return to start. Repeat. Swap sides.
Engages hip joint muscles. Improves hip and sacroiliac joint mobility.
