Sit on edge of a padded table, with legs hanging over the edge. Lie back and rest head on a folded blanket. Raise right leg and bend it at the knee. Grip thigh and bring knee close to chest. Raise left leg to horizontal and hold, then relax it, allowing it to drop as far as it will go (to deepen stretch). Hold. Switch legs.
Stretches hip flexors (get tight from sitting).
