Lie in Savasana (or sit with legs crossed). Close eyes. Sometimes it's a good idea to take a global perspective on your problems to become aware of their true scale. Think of a problem you have. Imagine that you are orbiting the Earth in a flying saucer. Images of earth are beamed into the huge screen in front of you. The images include: office workers streaming ant-like through the streets of London; a desert island, dolphins playing in the ocean; wild geese flying in formation across the desert plains of Africa. As you zoom in close to watch the activities you become aware that each one forms an integral part of the web of life. Consider your problem in the context of this greater whole. Does the problem seem smaller by comparison? Is it easier to bear the problem?
