Lie face down. Feet slightly apart. On exhale, engage pelvic floor muscles and drawn in navel. Slide shoulders down and feel stretch in arms (without locking elbows). Palms face legs. Raise head a few inches (keep alignment of cervical spine). Look at mat. Release to start position.
Strengthen back muscles. Improve posture. Opens chest.
