To be a Yogedi you must learn to use your lightsaber. Everyone in pairs facing each other. Activate your lightsaber (everyone has a unique way of activation – e.g. saying Whoosh while tapping nose three times). We’re going to practice what to do when lightsabers are locked together during battle. Swing your lightsaber at each other so they become locked together. Partner A goes into a Backbend (look of terror as you’re close to losing the battle). Partner B goes into a Half Forward Bend (look of pleasure as you’re close to winning the battle). Keep going back and forth.
Good for posture and balance. Builds a strong core.
