Weeping willows aren't fussy about their soil which makes them hardy (capable of enduring difficulties that life throws at them). Lets endure difficulties as elegantly as the Weeping Willow Tree. Bring one foot on top of the other (or place further up the leg). Palms together over your heart. Grow your tree really tall by raising arms overhead. Look at a leaf in front of you to help keep your balance. The wind is getting really strong (blow). Try not to wobble. Well done! You handled that difficulty really well. Repeat on other leg.
Balance. Stretches thighs, groins, torso, shoulders. Tones abs.
