Lie on your back. Grab the pedal with both hands. Raise both legs up to Table Top position. Inhale, dip right toe down until it taps the floor. Exhale, bring toe back to start position. Repeat with the left toe. Alternate between right and left toe taps.
Strengthen abs. Stabilise hips. Massage spine.
