Lets become an elegant ballet dancer and perform in a famous ballet called "The Ugly Duckling". It's a story of a little bird born in a barnyard who suffers abuse from the others around him until, much to his delight (and to the surprise of others), he matures into a beautiful swan, the most beautiful bird of all. The message of the story is to treat everyone as you would want to be treated yourself (even if they look different to you). Ready? Stand in mountain and look at a spot because it makes it a lot easier to balance. Hold onto one foot. Take your other hand way up to the sky and pull your foot away from your body. You're now a ballet dancer. Come back to Mountain. Repeat on other leg.
