Swan Dive Arc

Lie on arc with pubic bone on apex. Place arms on mat, legs off floor. Exhale, bend elbows, reach toes towards ceiling. Inhale, return to start and extend head towards ceiling. Repeat

Strengthens hamstrings, upper back, shoulders.
